The Tutoring Services mentioned on this website will be delivered to the best ability of the Tutor and in good faith. However, it is considered that the final responsibility of successful completion of the course lies only with the student concerned and the Tutor, in all circumstances and situations, is considered indemnified with regard to the results, marks and the grades received by the student.

The registration process to obtain Tutoring Services may involve a verbal and/or written assessment of the student's prior technical knowledge and/or language skills etc. The Tutor reserves the right to accept or not to accept an application without stating any reasons for the same.

The Tutor caters neither to plagiarism nor the so-called contract-cheating where the student attempts to get their work done by someone else. On the contrary, the sincere effort of the Tutor is to discourage the same by providing the student with the necessary knowledge and the skills as well as to break any language barriers, lack of either or both of which seem to act as catalyst(s) towards students engaging in such unethical activities.

The mode and/or the structure of the services delivered (face-to-face / online via Zoom / Webex / individually / as a group etc.) may differ depending on factors such as whether the services required are at University Level or School Level, number of students, exact requirements, appropriateness, convenience of the student(s) and/or the Tutor. The Tutor reserves the right to determine the exact nature of the same.
